About

I'm a software engineer, systems architect, and founder with over 15 years of experience building enterprise-grade systems across Europe and the Middle East.

My career spans full-stack development, cloud architecture and AI integration, from early startup builds to high-traffic enterprise platforms. I have led engineering teams, designed multi-tenant SaaS, and build production AI with RAG and multi-agent workflows.

I founded Oronts in Munich in 2023 to build a development agency that prioritizes client ownership and architectural clarity over black-box platforms and vendor lock-in.

I work directly with CTOs, founders, and engineering leads. They think in years, not quarters. Together we build systems designed to outlast the teams that created them.

Career Background

I started programming in my early teens and moved quickly to complex systems in my professional career. Over the years I have worked across e-commerce, logistics, financial services and healthcare technology, a wide range of technical and business domains.

Some enterprise delivery happens through partner and agency structures where client names cannot be disclosed. I do not publish logos or case claims I cannot verify. Where Oronts delivers through partners, the model is scoped work packages with clear result responsibility, technical direction, and handover documentation.

Technical Philosophy

Good architecture is defined by what it makes easy to change. I prioritize simplicity, clear boundaries and well-documented interfaces; clever abstractions and premature optimization cause more problems than they solve.

I am skeptical of hype cycles and do not adopt new tools before they prove themselves in production, while investing heavily in understanding emerging technology, especially AI. I build on proven foundations that stay adaptable as new capabilities mature.

I hold strong opinions on code ownership: every system we build should be fully understood, maintainable and operable by your team without us. If you cannot run, modify and deploy it without us, we have failed.

Leadership Approach

I hire experienced people, give them clear context on goals and reasoning, and trust them to execute, with no micromanagement. Written communication and documented decisions drive the work, and asynchronous workflows respect people's time.

At Oronts, engineers own their work from design through production. They understand the business problem, join client conversations and monitor systems in production, not just ship features. Full-cycle ownership produces better software.

Vision for Oronts

I started Oronts to close a gap: few partners combine deep AI expertise with enterprise engineering discipline. AI companies often struggle with production reliability; traditional agencies lack genuine AI capability. Oronts sits at the intersection, AI-first systems built to enterprise standards.

My vision is a team of exceptional engineers in Munich and across Europe, motivated by quality over volume. I would rather deliver ten projects that run flawlessly for years than a hundred that need constant patching. That craftsmanship defines Oronts.
