Description of Services

Oronts provides AI-powered enterprise solutions including:

  • Agentic AI systems and workflow automation
  • Custom AI model development and deployment
  • Integration services and API access
  • Consulting and professional services
  • Support and maintenance services
  • Training and documentation

Acceptable Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
  • To introduce viruses or other malicious code
  • For any unauthorized commercial purposes

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Enterprise agreements may have custom terms

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oronts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oronts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
