By accessing or using Oronts services, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Description of Services
Oronts provides AI-powered enterprise solutions including:
- Agentic AI systems and workflow automation
- Custom AI model development and deployment
- Integration services and API access
- Consulting and professional services
- Support and maintenance services
- Training and documentation
Acceptable Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
- To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
- To introduce viruses or other malicious code
- For any unauthorized commercial purposes
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- The security of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly reporting any unauthorized use
- Keeping your information up to date
- Compliance with all applicable policies
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Enterprise agreements may have custom terms
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oronts. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Data Processing
Our processing of your data follows our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreements:
- We process data only on your instructions
- We maintain appropriate security measures
- We comply with applicable data protection law
- You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your data
- Tools for data export and deletion are available
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We:
- Aim for high availability but make no guarantees
- Perform our services with professional care
- Disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law
- Note that assessing fitness for your purpose is your responsibility
- Do not warrant that the services will meet all of your requirements
Limitation of Liability
Oronts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Oronts against claims arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your data or content
- Your violation of applicable law
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
